Andy has been in the insurance industry for 27 years and has owned multiple insurance agencies. During that time, he worked with numerous high income/high net worth clients and business owners who had interest in real estate investing but didn’t want to be a landlord.
In 2017, Andy transitioned his focus into helping those people invest passively in apartment communities located in strategic markets in the southern US.
